There was a friend of mine once who complained to me that I only,
you know, my fans are very
helpful sometimes, they give me
lots of advice. you know, like in

Soldier, like, what does the

You know, he says, why couldn't he just spend
the night and leave in the morning?
So I was like, thanks.
That's like the abridged version.
But anyway, so one
comment he made was that he thought that I only
wrote about two things, those
things being romance and mental health and like
couldn't I liven it up a little so I thought about
it and I said well this song is called the rent song and
it's kind of like the I was thinking of
what else is there that like really but I've been told
since then that this is really a mental
health song and so it doesn't
really qualify.
